Materials needed:

1 Mini Charm Pack or 40 2.5" fabric squares

13"x30" fabric for lining

8"x22" fabric for base and cord lining

8" square for the lining base

Mini 2" scallop template (optional)

Thin batting or interfacing 

60" cord for drawstring

Sewing thread

Perle Cotton Thread size 12 for quilting
