Antique Pillow Cover or Sham / Early to Bed

This cotton panel is not shams - but probably a sham or pillow cover - meant to be laid over pillows on the bed. Small age marks here and there - which might come out with a good soak. Stitched on a very light weight cotton with a pale red, almost pink colored thread.
