Antique Red Work Pillow Covers or Panels / Wreath

These cotton panels are not shams - but probably sham or pillow covers - meant to be laid over pillows on the bed. Small hand-stitched floral wreath and floral design on white cotton. This is a pair of covers - they are in ok shape with a few spots and small holes here and there. On one cover, there seems to be a bit of paint smudges - not sure if they will come out or not.
